Last week cyclist Kirk Janes was struck and killed at the intersection of Fulton and Steiner.
Yesterday a cyclist was hit, and is listed in critical condition, on Bayshore Blvd. near the Cesar Chavez off ramp.
There have been countless others that I have been reading about both in and around the San Francisco Bay Area as well as out of state. Please drivers, be mindful. There are some daredevils in the cycling community but for every unlawful, daredevil cyclist out there there are hundreds of oblivious drivers mowing down the rest of us law abiding cyclist. So please, just be aware. Stop driving like you are in a bubble.
