Morning Weight: 193.5

Breakfast: 1/2 cup granola, 1/2 cup soy milk (250 cal)

Snack: Roasted and salted Seaweed (25 cal), 1 carrot, and a bit of cheese

Lunch: 1 mango, 1 orange, a hand full of almonds, a bit of chocolate, and more cheese

Afternoon whatever: Nothing. Sitting in the sun in the park with Brittany talking about Mexico and traveling.

Dinner: Lamb Schawerma

Evening workout: Lots, I can't remember. 3 rounds Thai pads, 3 rounds holding Thai pads for partner, 1 round leg kick pad, 2 rounds wall mounted pad, 5 rounds jump rope, sit ups and push ups.
