Today was a two and a half mile run and then interval sprints for another half mile.
This was followed by lots of push ups and sit ups and leg raises and planks.
Then we ran another mile.
That's it so far. Gotta keep training. I'd love to hear some suggestions for diff workouts.

That was great, body weight exercise could help yourself awakening those muscles that helps your stamina developed. And create a great results for the next extreme race you will attend. It would be attractive if you put some videos or pictures on your post for us to see how did you undergo those trainings. Anyways, thanks for sharing it helps a lot.
