Papa’s New Playground


 Morning weight: 245#

Fifteen lbs left to go by the end of May.

Goals: Weights from 250 - 230lbs

Deadlift from 420 - 500

Log Press from 175 - 225

Squat from 385 - 405

Bench from 285 - 315

Farmer Carry from 300 - 400

I’ve been lifting at Untamed Strength for three months now.
