Merry Christmas

True Grit and The Fighter.

Now that I have a few extra hours a week, fifteen to be exact, I'd like to spend a couple of them watching these films.

Christmasy Sundays

On Sunday we drove this wonderful girl to the airport so that she could go spend Christmas with her family down in Southern California.

My two best friends, Justin, Alyssa, and I then decided to get into the Christmas spirit ourselves by driving down to the Santa Cruz Mountains in search of a beautiful Christmas tree farm. After a little over an hour of driving deep into the forrest we found a wonderful little farm fully stocked with trees ready to cut and much to our relief hot apple cider.

Not long after arriving home our friend Amy joined in the fun. We topped the night off by ordering pizza and decorating the tree while listening to Christmas songs. When our tasks were done and we were all full of wine and pizza we all snuggled up on the couch and watched Miracle on 34th Street (the 1947 version).
