Breakfast: 1/3 cup of whole grain cereal, 1/3 cup of soy milk and 1 small organic-free range-vegan-extra soy-tofu-seedling muffin (like 1/4 the size of a regular muffin)
Snacks: Some really sugary dried peaches, raspberries, and mandarin oranges, and two fresh cuties.
Lunch: I might actually go out to lunch with my boss's today. If that happens it will probably be at Kokkari. I am so excited about this I can't even tell you. If that doesn't happen though I will eat what I cooked this morning which is a roasted chicken thigh sprinkled with herbs, garlic and lemon. MMMMMMMM....
Dinner: Harrumph. I don't know yet.
I start training again today. I will probably go relatively light, maybe go for a run afterwards too.
