Somebody, defibrilate me.
Yesterday my heart hurt. I don't know what it was, but it felt weird. My heart beat was rather...off. It would beat one really weak beat, then I could feel the pressure build, followed by three really strong beats. This went on for about twelve hours (9pm-9am). It felt like there was a fist around my heart squeezing it. I didn't feel weak or light headed or anything...just really scared. I am going to see the doctor tomorrow. Wish me luck.

it sounds like it's either gas--and with the way you greeks eat, i'd bet that's it--, or a heart murmur, because that sensation is something similar to what i get. supposedly i have one of them. one doctor told me i did. one said he didn't think so. but, to me, it kind of feels like my heart is doing a backflip in my chest.

yeah, Ive never felt anything like it. it felt like a grip on my heart. Im too young to have a heart attack.
sounds like what i have kind of on the often side, which is a mild arrythmia...sometimes i hold my breath to make sure it starts beating normally again, and it goes on for a few hours. usually gets worse if i've been drinking or stressing.
